Free Shipping Orders processed with free shipping options (US only) will be mailed using USPS 1st Class with tracking. Upgrades for expedited shipping options are available.
SHIPPING
When you place an order with us, our goal is to get it to you as quickly as possible. Orders are fulfilled from our San Diego, CA warehouse. Orders are processed and shipped within three business days. You can expect *most* items to be delivered within 10 business days of your order (US), but delivery times may vary due to carrier delays and around major holidays. For international orders, delivery may take 1-2 months, depending upon location, customs, and local delivery.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address on the order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address if it was shipped to the address provided to us. In some cases we may contact you if it appears that the address provided is incorrect, and it is your responsibility to respond to us with the correct information. In these cases your shipment will be held until we have a response.
In most cases, we are unable to make adjustments to the contents of an order once it has been placed. Because our goal is to get the order to you as quickly as possible, our distribution center often processes the order within minutes or hours of it being placed. If you do notice incorrect information on your order confirmation, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate the adjustment that is needed.
Multiple Shipping Addresses / Multiple Packages
To ship to more than one address, please create separate orders.
We make every attempt to ship your order complete with minimal excess packaging. However, in some instances your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Buyers Outside the US
The buyer is responsible for all customs and quarantine restrictions in destination country as well as any related customs charges and/or taxes. Please check import restrictions in your country to ensure that the item you order is not subject to any import regulations/restrictions/charges (including quarantine) that might affect your shipment. OrganicPlanet not responsible for any items quarantined, destroyed, not delivered, or for any customs fees or taxes as a result of an import regulations and restriction in any country.
RETURNS
We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not for any reason, please contact us to arrange a return:

Please provide your order number and the name of the item(s) being returned. If your items qualify for a return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
What and How
We will gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise for a full refund of the amount paid for the product(s) being returned.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are FREE for our customers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty and sexual wellness products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make things right for you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your return is rejected, our customer service department will reach out to you to notify you why it has been rejected.
